MASCAC Preseason Poll WESTFIELD, Mass. - The Owls of Westfield State University are the pre-season pick to win the 2013 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country championship in a vote of the league's coaches. Nine-time defending champion Westfield State captured six first place votes to amass 61 points in this year's poll.
