WESTFIELD, Mass. Westfield State junior Jessie Cardin ran to a fourth place finish at the 2016 NCAA Division III Women's Cross Country New England Regional Championship on Saturday at Stanley Park. With the strong finish, Cardin assures herself of a berth in the NCAA Division III Championship race next Saturday, November 19 in Louisville, Ky.
